What you can contribute
- Lead projects and procurements in the field of weapons and ammunition as well as participate in larger transactions
- Lead interdisciplinary project teams and communicate appropriately with various stakeholders
- Take technical responsibility during the evaluation, procurement and use of systems
- Advise and support users in planning, feasibility assessment and the creation of fundamentals
- Represent the interests of armasuisse in expert committees, commissions and at conferences nationally and internationally
What makes you unique
- You have at least a university of applied sciences degree (Bachelor), preferably in electrical engineering or a related field, further training in business administration (BBA) and project management (e.g. IPMA B/C)
- You have a quick grasp and can easily navigate new and complex topics with multiple dependencies
- You are motivated to put your independent working style at the service of a team effort to achieve common goals
- You have good oral and written skills in German and English
