You bring

• Commercial training, ideally experience in payroll, salary accounting, social insurance or personnel administration
• Enjoyment of numbers, calculations and checking correlations
• A structured, precise and independent way of working
• Initiative and the will to actively advance cases and consistently clarify open points
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach to employers and other stakeholders
