In cooperation with a consultancy specialised in M&A, I am entrusted with this highly interesting and complex takeover evaluation. The locally rooted, regionally operating and profitable micro-enterprise is based in the NORTH ZURICH area. As an important market player for high-quality diagnostic devices in the automotive sector, it has a long-standing success story. Due to planned succession arrangements, I am now looking for a skilled, front-facing and entrepreneurial personality with true pioneering spirit, heart and mind.
OWNER / MANAGING DIRECTOR in the extended automotive sector (m/f)
Your tasks:- Overall responsibility for the economic fortunes of the currently two-employee company (a thorough transition and introduction phase is guaranteed)
- Operational management and development of a sustainable growth strategy as well as its versatile implementation
- Coordination of various sales businesses and extensive commercial processes
- Active participation in challenging customer projects, sales processes and market development measures
- Ensuring a valuable, dynamic and successful business policy including product evaluation (hardware and software)
- Technical/industrial basic training in the fields of automotive, machinery/metal, building technology or comparable, with further training in business administration and/or marketing a great advantage
- Several years of professional and possibly managerial experience in a technical/industrial environment (preferably from the automotive, mechanical engineering, medtech or IT hardware sector)
- Proven track record in connection with a comprehensive sales and/or management function in a local SME, strong desire for independent ownership (bank loan is planned, estimated equity approx. 200,000.--)
- Perfect German in spoken and written form, any additional language is an advantage, high willingness to travel within (German) Switzerland
- Entrepreneurial, decisive personality, aged 35 to 55, residing in the greater Zurich/Eastern Switzerland region, local, personal anchoring in the region desirable
