Technical Support Engineer (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Technical support of customers and interface between customer requirements and internal engineering teams
Support in the integration of products into existing customer systems and IT architectures
Analysis and resolution of technical customer issues via remote support as well as on-site
Advising customers on technical questions and ensuring smooth system integration
Collaboration with internal and external specialist departments to clarify and resolve complex technical matters
Qualifications:
Completed studies in Computer Science (ETH/University/FH/HF) or comparable technical qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in technical support, engineering or a comparable environment
Experience with ROS (Robot Operating System) and technical understanding of system integrations
Strong customer and service orientation as well as analytical and solution-oriented working style
Fluent German skills and good English skills as well as residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
