To strengthen our engineering team, we are looking for an additional Senior or Expert System Engineer.

These are your tasks:

• You are at the forefront with the customer when it comes to the conception, design, and implementation or migration of Digital Workplaces.
• You support our customers with comprehensive information and advice on new technologies for modern IT infrastructure solutions.
• You take on the technical lead for key customers for Digital Workplace in engineering.
• With a high degree of responsibility and independence, you implement workplace infrastructures and manage their environments.
• You develop new possible Modern Workplace concepts and are significantly involved in their implementation.
• You assist with operational problems within the scope of 2nd and 3rd level support.
• You maintain our knowledge base and ensure the quality of documentation.
• You play an important role in the professional development of our Junior and Professional System Engineers and in cross-departmental knowledge transfer.

This is what you bring:

• Several years of experience as a Senior or Expert System Engineer
• You can communicate perfectly in German
• High sense of responsibility and an independent working style
• Hands-on mentality to also take on other tasks within the team
• Team and communication skills
• Knowledge of conception, setup, and operation of complex Windows Server and Client platforms including Active Directory, GPO, PKI, and lifecycle management.
• Independent planning and management of Microsoft 365 tenants (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Entra ID) including security and compliance configuration.
• Experience in the conception and implementation of Identity & Access Management solutions with Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA / Passkeys, and hybrid identity architectures.
• Scripting & Automation: Proficient use of PowerShell to automate operational processes, configuration management, and tooling development.
• Conception and operation of endpoint management platforms with Microsoft Intune (Autopilot, compliance policies, app deployment) for desktop and mobile endpoints
• Experience in operating Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops including profile management and session optimisation.
• Sound knowledge in operating hypervisor environments, basic understanding of enterprise network and firewall infrastructure (e.g. Fortinet) as well as Microsoft Teams Voice solutions with session border controller.
