Campus Manager: Zurich Altstetten & Oerlikon, 100%

We are looking for a Campus Manager from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement to complete our team at the Zurich Altstetten and Zurich Oerlikon locations.
Your tasks:

• Personnel management of the assigned team at the Zurich Altstetten and Zurich Oerlikon locations
• Recruitment of the site team including lecturers
• Personnel management of teachers and lecturers
• Advising and supporting students
• Implementing quality requirements from study management regarding course content
• Responsible for the proper conduct of courses and coordination of course starts
• Responsibility for implementing targeted local marketing activities
• Decision-making in the escalation of problems with/from students
• Responsible for implementing quality assurance requirements of quality management (eduQua/ISO)
• Local overall responsibility for optimal customer care
• Responsible for local infrastructure

What you bring:

• Tertiary-level qualification or equivalent
• Several years of qualified professional experience and initial leadership experience
• Confident German language skills, spoken and written
• System knowledge (MS Office products)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Structured working method
• Confident, polite and respectful behaviour in customer contact
• Strong social skills
