• Responsible for the operation, monitoring, control and regulation of technical facilities in the areas of heating, air conditioning, filters, ventilation, water and energy supply, and monitoring and maintaining all technical systems for functionality and safety
• Perform maintenance, servicing, cleaning, repair and inspection work
• Supervise and carry out surrounding area work, black ice control and snow clearance
• Ensure the handover and return of infrastructures, maintenance of shooting ranges and training facilities including barriers, equipment and tidying up
• Manage and monitor the storage of operational materials and substances

What makes you unique

• Completed technical or craft apprenticeship with several years of professional experience in the operation, maintenance and servicing of systems, buildings and properties
• Driving licence category B, experience in driving vehicles in difficult terrain, as well as good IT user skills
• Flexible personality with a conscientious and independent working style as well as willingness to perform on-call duties, and the required weapons training (pistols). Military knowledge is an advantage
• Customer- and team-oriented behaviour with a strong service mindset
• A pronounced level of learning motivation and adaptability
