Your tasks

• Active sale of our products by phone
• Consultation & support: You are the first point of contact for our customers - competent, friendly and solution-oriented
• Offer and order management: You keep an overview from inquiry to complaint
• Telephone maintenance of existing customer relationships
• First contact person in sales for customers and field service
• Administrative processing and maintenance of customer and order data

What distinguishes you

• Completed commercial or craft training as well as ideally experience in sales or telephone sales
• Product knowledge in the construction or automotive trade
• Communication skills and negotiation strength
• High commitment and success orientation
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP
• Very good oral and written German and Italian skills (min. B2), optionally French
