The contribution you can make
- Carry out routine activities related to the operational management of integration and perform administrative tasks
- Coordinate, monitor and document integration management assignments
- Identify client needs and develop and recommend possible solutions
- Provide support to the integration manager in internal organisational and infrastructural projects
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and manage internal billing
- Support the manager of the GEVER business management system regarding records
What distinguishes you
- Basic training in commercial or technical fields with ongoing commercial training
- In-depth technical knowledge, especially in office automation, as well as good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Knowledge of federal standards and IT service management software is an advantage
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility as well as interest in learning and change processes
- Strong service orientation as well as good communication and collaboration skills
- Good active knowledge of a second official language
