About the job

We are looking for a reliable, customer-oriented, and proactive individual as Store Manager Assistant JEANS.CH. In this demanding and varied role, you will actively support the store management in leading a team of around 10 employees while also being actively involved in day-to-day operations.

JEANS.CH is a leading Swiss clothing retailer based in Fällanden. We combine a powerful online shop with personal on-site advice and continuously develop our processes, assortment, and shopping experience.

Your Responsibilities

You will be close to the customers, take on shared leadership responsibility, and contribute to ensuring that advice, sales, merchandise presentation, and team organisation function at a high level.

This includes in particular:

• active leadership participation in a team of around 10 employees
• supporting store management in scheduling and daily organisation
• personal one-to-one advice and service to our customers in the JEANS.CH STORE
• ensuring a high standard of advice, service, and sales quality
• participation in the training, mentoring, and development of employees
• shared responsibility for a positive, performance-oriented, and appreciative team culture
• close collaboration with purchasing and logistics
• support with organisational and administrative tasks related to store operations
• active involvement in the further development of procedures, processes, and customer experience

Your Profile

You are a practical, resilient, and customer-focused leader who enjoys taking responsibility but also likes to get involved hands-on. You have a passion for sales, a good sense for people and fashion, and maintain an overview even in intense situations.

You bring with you:

• completed retail apprenticeship EFZ in textiles or sports retail
• solid experience in selling jeans, men’s or women’s clothing
• leadership experience in retail, ideally in a comparable role
• very high customer orientation and enjoyment of personal advice
• resilient, balanced, and reliable personality with strong communication skills
• cheerful, positive demeanour and well-groomed appearance
• enjoyment of dynamism, change, and development
• German as a native language; foreign languages are welcome
• interest in the interplay of store, assortment, purchasing, and logistics
• team player mentality, humour, and enjoyment of a lively SME environment
