To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start of a

ICT Supporter & Project Manager Digitalisation

You are the first point of contact for our employees regarding IT questions and actively shape the digital development of Patiswiss. You solve everyday problems pragmatically, bring structure to our system landscape, and implement exciting IT and digitalisation projects together with internal and external partners.

Your area of responsibility:

• You support our employees in first-level support around Microsoft 365, workstations, standard applications, printers, telephony, and peripherals

• You analyse and prioritise faults and coordinate cooperation between internal departments and our external IT and application partners as needed

• You manage users, permissions, and devices and keep an eye on hardware, software, licences, subscriptions, accesses, and IT documentation

• You lead selected IT and digitalisation projects, especially Patiswiss OS, the digital process landscape, DMS, as well as the further use of Microsoft products

• You capture business needs, develop actionable solutions from them, and accompany tests, rollouts, and training

What you bring with you:

• Training in the ICT field or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience

• Experience in IT support and in a Microsoft environment

• Good understanding of clients, networks, permissions, and IT security

• Experience in leading or coordinating IT or digitalisation projects

• Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage

• An independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as enjoyment in explaining technical topics clearly
