Application Developer Market Risk (m/f/d)/ Java / Kotlin Developer / Banking 100%/ Zurich
Project: Further development of existing market risk and trading applications with Java and Kotlin. The focus is on developing new functions, system integrations, as well as ensuring performance, stability and maintainability in ongoing application operations.

Tasks:

• Analysis of business requirements from risk management (market & credit risk) and trading and translation into technical specifications
• Design, development and further development of existing applications with Java and Kotlin
• Development and further development of interfaces to trading, market, reference data, reporting and risk systems
• Ensuring performance, stability and maintainability, especially for intraday and end-of-day processing
• Execution of unit, integration and regression tests as well as support during business acceptance
• Error analysis and correction within the scope of 3rd-level support
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation on architecture, design and implementation

Requirements

• 8-12 years of professional experience as a software engineer / application developer in an enterprise or financial environment
• Very good knowledge of Java, Kotlin, MSSQL, Linux and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or PL/SQL is an advantage
• Experience with complex application landscapes and system integrations
• Experience in banking, trading or risk environment, especially market risk or credit risk, is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and structured, solution-oriented working style
• Experience with productive applications and 3rd-level support is an advantage
