About the job

For our Technical Department at our location in Däniken, we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement!

Your day at Studer Cables:

• Responsible for the maintenance and reliable operation of our buildings and infrastructure
• Planning and implementation of construction, renovation and infrastructure projects
• Supervision and further development of building infrastructure, including in the areas of fire protection, lighting, heating and lifts
• Recording and monitoring of operationally relevant key figures such as compressed air, water and electricity
• Further development of energy, waste disposal and safety management
• Planning and coordination of maintenance and servicing work
• Responsibility for budget planning, cost control, investment assessments and corresponding reporting
• Coordination and collaboration with external specialist offices, service providers and partners
• Support for production, development and technology in infrastructure and investment projects
• Active participation in the continuous optimisation of our infrastructure and processes

This is you:

• Completed technical training, ideally supplemented by higher technical or business management training
• Several years of professional experience in building technology, infrastructure, facility management or a comparable technical environment
• Experience in planning and implementing construction, renovation or infrastructure projects
• Good understanding of technical systems and building infrastructure
• Experience in budget planning, cost control and investment assessmentsIndependent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Organisational talent as well as strong communication and coordination skills
• Sense of responsibility and initiative
• Enjoyment in working with various internal and external contacts
• Good MS Office skills
