How you can contribute
- Support the department in monitoring the quality of surface water and groundwater
- Evaluate data on water quality, water temperature, and groundwater quantity
- Manage metadata in the water database of the FOEN
- Support other activities of the Hydrology department (e.g. statistical evaluation of hydrological data)
What makes you unique
- Master's degree in natural sciences or environmental engineering
- Good knowledge of data processing and environmental chemistry
- Good knowledge of hydrogeology, hydrology or geology is an advantage
- Statistical knowledge and programming skills (R/Python) desired
- Good active knowledge of a second official language, driving licence desired

You will gain insight into the work of the Hydrology department and support the careful evaluation and preparation of data on water quality and hydrology. In doing so, you contribute to ensuring that important foundations for monitoring water quality and hydrological observation are available.
