To complete our team, we are looking for a:
IT Collaborator - Service Desk at 100%
YOUR FUTURE MISSION
- Ensure the reception and support of users (calls, tickets, requests), advise them and guarantee a quality relationship
- Qualify, prioritise and handle incidents and requests ensuring full follow-up
- Participate in coordinating support activities, monitoring workloads and reporting performance indicators
- Contribute to the follow-up of support-related projects
- Update documentation
- Pay particular attention to the handling and escalation of IT security events
- The Service Desk role includes alternating between telephone support and incident resolution activities remotely and on-site with clients.
YOUR PROFILE
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an IT Technician or IT Operator
- Professional experience required in a similar role
- Good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset focused on "results and customer satisfaction"
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Windows environment
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Good management of tense and stressful situations
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
