What you can contribute
- Receive fault reports, questions and change requests from our customers
- Record, understand and classify customer concerns in the ticket system
- Resolve faults by phone via remote support and assist users in handling the federal digital services
- Forward fault tickets to the responsible 2nd-level units and coordinate their processing progress
- Participate in the development of new support services and support their implementation
What makes you unique
- Solid IT knowledge and experience in first or second level support, knowledge of the ITSM tools BMC Remedy and BMC Helix
- High service orientation and understanding of customer needs
- Motivated, committed and independent personality with a team-oriented working style
- Socially competent, strong communication skills, flexible and resilient
- Very good knowledge of two official languages, knowledge of the third official language is an advantage
