A Socio-Professional Supervisor in Administration at 70%

Your profile:
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification, with proven experience in administrative roles.
- Ideally holder of the ES diploma of Socio-Professional Supervisor or an FSEA certificate.
- Excellent command of common office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook and Teams; knowledge of an ERP, notably FileMaker Pro, is an asset.
- Regular use of artificial intelligence in commercial tasks and a strong interest in digital developments and their professional applications.
- Proven ability to coordinate and organise a workshop of about 8 people, as well as to plan, allocate and monitor activities.
- Ability to design training materials and content, to impart knowledge and to support beneficiaries in their progress.
- Capacity to take responsibility within one’s scope of action, in a shared governance context, and to demonstrate neutrality towards entrusted situations.
As part of your activity, you will be specifically responsible for the following tasks:
Coordination and organisation of the administrative PET workshop
- Design, develop and evolve the PET training programme, in connection with professional practices, digital tools and the use of artificial intelligence.
- Welcome, inform and guide beneficiaries, as well as manage admissions and the flow of positions.
- Organise and plan administrative activities, research, allocate, monitor and control tasks assigned to beneficiaries.
- Train and support beneficiaries in carrying out administrative activities.
- Keep abreast of Microsoft 365 tools, administrative practices and the use of artificial intelligence.
Educational support
- Define individualised educational objectives according to assigned mandates and beneficiaries’ needs.
- Observe, analyse and ensure regular monitoring of beneficiaries’ progress, highlighting their transferable skills towards the primary labour market.
- Report observations and ensure communication with the internal network and referrers.
- Update training content according to professional practices, digital tools and developments in artificial intelligence.
Communication and collaboration
- Position yourself as an expert in administrative professions with referrers.
- Work closely with reception and secretarial teams to promote the successful completion of activities and the achievement of beneficiaries’ objectives.
- Propose suitable solutions to encountered situations and actively contribute to a positive group dynamic.
Your professional context will notably include:
- A varied activity within a motivated and multidisciplinary team, in a dynamic institution operating under a shared governance model (sociocracy)
- Attractive working conditions (working hours, holidays, loss of earnings, occupational pension scheme, etc.)
- Salary scale: CHF 71,000 to CHF 99,000 gross annual at 100% (over 12 months)
