Wok Chef (a) 80-100% at Nooch Reinach in BaselSince 2004, Nooch Asian Kitchen has brought the diversity of Asian street food to Switzerland and is one of the most established concepts of the Wiesner Gastronomy AG family. With our newest location in the historic "Ochseneck" in Reinach, we are now opening an exciting new chapter. Under the motto "Timeless roots. Modern soul.", we bring a house full of memories back to life and combine the region's stability with the urban spirit of Singapore. Our guests can expect not only the full Nooch range from fresh curries to the popular "Sushi All You Can Eat", but also a place for modern encounters. The restaurant offers 70 stylish seats on the ground floor as well as an exclusive hall with 40 seats on the first floor for events and celebrations. The experience is complemented by a dynamic take-away and delivery service.

Your versatile tasks:
- Prepare mise en place for lunch and dinner service – everything for a smooth operation ???
- Cooking wok dishes? Just your thing – you independently prepare the dishes from the menu ??
- You are a quality professional and maintain the freshness standards of our food offerings ?
- General cleaning tasks? No problem, you ensure order and cleanliness in the kitchen ?
- Hygiene is a given for you – you adhere to the HACCP hygiene concept and ensure everything is top-notch ??
Your talents & experience:
- At least 2 years of experience with the gas wok – you master the art of the wok ?
- You speak good German or English and can communicate easily with the team and guests ??
- Your working style is clean, efficient and precise – you pay great attention to detail ?
- You are motivated to develop further ?
- Your good sense for the quality of ingredients ensures everything stays fresh and delicious ?
