To strengthen our teams in Zurich, we are looking for Construction Managers (f | m | d) by arrangement.

YOUR TASKS

• Coordination of contractor services from construction preparation to completion
• Responsibility for tendering, quotation and contract management
• Preparation of specifications and conducting tenders
• Scheduling and monitoring
• Managing construction accounting and cost control
• Managing defects and warranty issues
• Supervising junior construction managers

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training/studies as a construction manager, architect, civil engineer or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in construction management and tendering (preferably in Switzerland)
• Proficient in implementing digital working methods
• Open-minded, communicative and confident in German language negotiations
• Assertive and independent working personality
