For our client, an international sportswear manufacturer, we are looking for a motivating, organised and service-oriented personality as Reception Team Leader.
You are the first point of contact for your team and at the same time the face of reception. You ensure that guests, employees and partners feel welcome from the very first moment and make sure that the reception area is always managed professionally, warmly and efficiently.

What to expect

• You lead and support the reception team in the operational day-to-day business
• You ensure a professional and warm welcome for guests, employees and partners
• You coordinate the daily processes at reception and ensure smooth operations
• You plan shifts, holidays and cover and keep an overview
• You accompany the onboarding of new employees and promote teamwork
• You are the contact person for the client as well as internal and external stakeholders
• You are responsible for visitor and badge management as well as the organisation of meeting rooms
• You ensure compliance with quality, safety and service standards and contribute ideas to optimise processes

What you bring

• Experience in reception, front office, hospitality or a comparable service function
• Initial leadership experience or the motivation to take responsibility for a team
• A structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Flexibility is part of it for you: you are ready to cover shifts flexibly within our operating hours from Monday to Friday
• Very good German and good English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office applications
• High service and customer orientation as well as enjoyment in dealing with people
• Hands-on mentality and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
