Specialist Voting Services (m/f/d)
from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement- You work closely with the specialist responsible for e-voting and take on central tasks in the operational management of electronic voting
- You configure the e-voting ballot processes, conduct tests, and take responsibility for the productive execution as well as the follow-up (statistics, accounting of ballot processes)
- You perform system installations and trusted builds, set up laptops, and work with input/output files
- You manage operational documentation (e.g. instructions, contracts) and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes
- You support the department in operating the e-collecting platform as well as other digital services in the area of political rights
- Master's degree in Business Informatics (or comparable qualification) with relevant professional experience
- High IT affinity and interest in familiarising yourself with technical systems and processes
- Very structured, precise, and reliable working style
- Ability to oversee complex processes and act calmly in critical situations
- High sense of responsibility and interest in political processes
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
- Willingness to work outside regular hours and flexibility in work planning
