Raiffeisenbank Benken is a medium-sized, regionally anchored cooperative bank with around 40 employees and locations in Benken, Gommiswald and Uznach. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and service-oriented personality as a host.Host at the Reception Desk
What can you expect?
- Welcoming our customers, handling service requests directly at the counter and ensuring a professional process in the customer zone
- Supporting our customers with e-banking, TWINT, card matters as well as digital processes
- Identifying customer needs as well as arranging appointments and referring to suitable advisors
- Processing customer changes such as address and name changes, powers of attorney, orders as well as general administrative tasks
- Responsibility for cash management and coordination of the supply of cash devices as well as ATMs
What do you bring with you?
- Successfully completed banking training, training in gastronomy/hospitality or retail with a willingness to learn new interesting topics in the banking world and to further educate yourself accordingly
- Enjoyment of customer contact and enthusiasm through an open, service-oriented and engaging manner
- Interest in financial services and digital solutions as well as motivation to familiarise yourself with new tasks
- Initiative, reliability and a sense of responsibility – combined with enjoyment of teamwork
- A connection to the region and closeness to the people on site complete the profile
