Your responsibilities
  • Module Ownership and Enhancement: Manage and enhance specific HR modules (Compensation & Performance) , ensuring their continuous development and improvement
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR system needs, translating them into functional specifications. Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance
  • HR System Solutions Development: Drive the development and implementation of HR system solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other business applications
  • System Configuration Implementation: Configure HR systems to meet business requirements, ensuring accurate data capture and user-friendly interfaces
  • Documentation of HR Processes: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and user guides
  • Global HR Programs Management: Develop and manage global HR programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Oversee resource allocation, scheduling, and budget control
  • Compensation Programs Execution: Coordinate global budget processes, annual salary reviews, and bonus processes in collaboration with finance and HR teams

Your skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Professional certifications are advantageous
  • At least 3 years of HR experience with a understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices. Experience in project management and HR system platforms is beneficial
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Project management skills are advantageous, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Effective communication skills in German and English, able to present proposals and project updates clearly
  • Winning personality, charismatic and engaging, able to inspire and motivate others
  • Willingness to perform, dedicated and committed to achieving excellence
