hochqualifizierten IT-, Qualitäts- und Produktionsmanager (m/w/d) ,der unsere technischen Prozesse und
Qualitätsstandards optimiert und die Produktionsabläufe effizienter gestaltet.
AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN:
IT-Management:
Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen IT-Strategie.
Überwachung und Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur und Sicherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft.
Identifikation und Implementierung neuer Technologien zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit.
Gewährleistung der Datensicherheit und Einhaltung der Datenschutzbestimmungen.
Qualitätsmanagement:
Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung eines Qualitätsmanagementsystems (QMS) zur Sicherung der Produktqualität.
Überwachung und Kontrolle der Qualitätsstandards in der gesamten Produktionskette.
Durchführung von Audits und Analysen, um Qualitätsprobleme zu identifizieren und zu lösen.
Schulung und Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter für Qualitätsfragen.
Produktionsmanagement:
Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse hinsichtlich Effizienz, Kosten und Qualität.
Kapazitätsplanung und -management zur Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Produktion.
Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, um Produktionsziele zu erreichen.
Einführung von Lean- und Six-Sigma-Prinzipien zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
Anforderungen:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Qualitätsmanagement oder
vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Management, Qualitätsmanagement und Produktionsmanagement, vorzugsweise in
der Electronic Manufacturing Services Sektor.
Tiefes Verständnis für IT-Infrastrukturen, Qualitätsstandards und Produktionsprozesse.
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz.
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten.
Sprachen: deutsch, italienisch und englisch

In order to further expand our success and strengthen our competitive position, we are looking for a highly qualified
IT, Quality and Production Manager (m/f/d) to optimize our technical processes and quality standards and make
production processes more efficient.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
IT-Management:
Responsible for the development and implementation of a holistic IT strategy.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and ensure operational readiness.
Identifying and implementing new technologies to increase efficiency and competitiveness.
Ensuring data security and compliance with data protection regulations.
Quality Management:
Further development and implementation of a quality management system (QMS) to ensure product quality.
Monitor and control quality standards throughout the production chain.
Conducting audits and analyses to identify and resolve quality issues.
Train and raise employee awareness of quality issues.
Production Management:
Optimization of production processes in terms of efficiency, costs and quality.
Capacity planning and management to ensure smooth production.
Coordination and collaboration with various departments to achieve production goals.
Implementation of Lean and Six Sigma principles for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Completed studies in the field of computer science, engineering, quality management or comparable
qualification.
Several years of experience in IT management, quality management and production management, preferably in
the Electronic Manufacturing Services sector.
Deep understanding of IT infrastructures, quality standards and production processes.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Languages: German, Italian and English
High level of self-motivation and ability to work in a team.
