The company offers internal trainings, some of which are very exciting.

Unfortunately, official continuing education courses are neither supported nor permitted. The career opportunities are e.g. not given in purchasing watches. Too bad and not up-to-date.

-The salary and benefits are fine. -There are efforts towards improvement.

-Take the concerns of employees seriously. (By the way: The standard clichéd answer from HR to bad ratings in this portal can be saved in my case. The problems in the company are well known and many employees go to HR with personal feedback, but are left alone or often the situation worsens because they never react in the interest of the employee). -offer employee benefits. -Improve the way we deal with employees and live a true appreciation.

Motivated work colleagues, nice watches, varied activities

Employees in sales receive ''team'' incentives when a certain target is reached. Those employees who work in the background and thus also contribute a significant part to the goal, can unfortunately not benefit from this ''team'' incentive. This idea came from management and was glorified as a ''team'' incentive.... (which is a joke) If it is constructively criticized, one is only ridiculed and not taken notice of. You don't get any appreciation from the top, even though you are extremely committed to the company while working short time and with less staff. All this during relatively strong sales figures, despite two lockdowns. The training program is unfortunately also very weak (cheap e-learning). If you want to do external training yourself, you are not actively supported. Unfortunately, the focus is too much on expansion and shareholders. If you ask around and discuss within the team, it is clear that many will leave.
