You will lead our sales team in Bern – with a clear goal: a strong team, satisfied customers, and sustainable growth.

For this, we are looking for a personality who understands sales, enjoys working with people, and takes responsibility. Whether you have already led a sales team for several years or are now ready for the next step is secondary to us. What matters is what you bring: leadership skills, customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to achieve results together with a team.

YOUR PROFILE

* You have solid experience in sales, account management, or business development.
* You have leadership experience or have already demonstrated in your previous role that you can guide, develop, and motivate people towards common goals.
* You can set clear expectations, make decisions, and delegate responsibility.
* You are open, communicative, and enjoy being with people – both your team and customers.
* You focus on shared success and can also pitch in yourself.
* You think entrepreneurially, recognise opportunities, and independently get things moving.
* You work in a structured and reliable manner and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment.
* You understand sales as building long-term customer relationships while also aiming to achieve measurable results.
* A commercial education or degree is a good foundation. However, what matters to us are your experience, personality, and potential.
* You speak fluent German; English and French are advantageous.
