Administrative Specialist 100%
Tasks:
Administrative support
Planning and coordinating meetings and/or events
Travel management
Support project and coordination of various activities
Key contact for communication and correspondence with internal departments and external contact partners
Act as a Team Assistant
Requirements:
Commercial degree
Min. 3 years work experience in a multicultural environment in and administrative role
Very good knowledge of MS-Office
Ability to manage interviews scheduling
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Fluent in Englisch and German
Strong MS-Office skills
3-5 years work-experience as an Assistant
Pharmaceutical work-experience
Flexible, diligent, and diverse
Temporary assignment with an immediate start - duration approx 12 months.
