Professional IT Supporter with IT Training (a) 100% [Ref: 2780]
Your Tasks
- Handling technical issues as the first point of contact as well as receiving faults and service requests via telephone, chat, and ticket system
- Analysing, prioritising, and resolving technical problems in remote and on-site support - quickly, structured, and service-oriented
- Coordinating incidents, targeted escalation of more complex enquiries to the responsible specialist departments, and ensuring proper follow-up
- Documenting solutions, maintaining the knowledge base, and ensuring complete information availability for the team
- Contributing to the optimisation of support processes and providing concrete improvement suggestions
- Supporting the onboarding of new team members and practically passing on knowledge
Your Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support or service desk
- Confident handling of ticket systems and practical experience in processing incidents and service requests
- Proficient with common hardware and software as well as typical workplace issues in the Windows/Microsoft environment
- Independent, structured, and service-oriented personality who always keeps an overview of multiple enquiries
- German language skills at C2 level are required; additional languages are an advantage
