- You develop solutions with our business for our new Warehouse Management System (WMS) and contribute your understanding of logistics processes, material flow, data and structures
- You transform needs from the operational logistics environment into concrete IT requirements (user or tech stories), create feasibility studies and define application and test scenarios together with the team
- You critically question existing processes, identify optimisation potential and actively shape the digitalisation of our warehouse processes
- Together with the development and testing team, you implement suitable product increments and added value for the business within the sprints
- Requirement documentation as well as the professional support of tests are also part of your responsibilities
- In workshops, rollouts and technical queries, you are an important interface between our logistics sites and IT
- You have completed training in logistics or computer science (EFZ, HF, FH, certified technician HF business processes or similar) and have already gained some professional experience
- Requirements engineering, business analysis or the structured collection and documentation of requirements are familiar to you from practice – tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira are not foreign to you
- You bring experience in warehouse logistics and have already worked on IT, digitalisation or process optimisation projects
- You are a team player with a sense of responsibility, initiative and convincing communication skills at all levels
- You approach challenges analytically, solution-oriented and pragmatically – an independent, process-oriented way of working characterises you
- You communicate confidently in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2), both spoken and written
