We are looking for a

Infrastructure Clerk (60 - 70 %)

Your area of responsibility

• Infrastructure (customer reception, providing information, general secretarial duties)
• Waste disposal (preparation of applications, drafting information and the waste calendar)
• Environment (collaboration on nature conservation projects, administration)
• Planning (administration, publications, creating presentations, organising events)
• General secretarial duties, correspondence
• Preparation of applications to the construction and works commission or the municipal council
• Construction billing including compilation of documents for file inspection
• Archiving

Your profile

• Commercial or construction-technical basic training, preferably administrative apprenticeship
• Professional experience in a similar role in construction or infrastructure is an advantage
• Confident written expression
• Enjoyment in working with numbers and a good numerical understanding
• Good ICT skills
• Reliable and precise working style
• Open, independent and team-oriented personality
