You can contribute to this role
- Manage the back office of the Support area and control business triage, coordinate the affairs of the leadership service and electronic business administration
- Support DCOS Support in daily business, coordinate appointments and ensure the quality of documents, correspondence and speeches
- Prepare, moderate and follow up reports; keep minutes, pending items and appointment control; organise foreign activities
- Be responsible for information security and classified documents as well as their archiving
- Further develop electronic data storage and ensure a structured knowledge management in the Support area and digitise it
What makes you unique
- Higher commercial vocational training or equivalent education, ideally supplemented by further training as a management assistant, as well as two to three years of functionally relevant professional experience
- Very good IT skills and confident handling of digital work tools, data, data protection and information security
- Independent, responsible and service-oriented working style as well as pronounced communication skills, resilience and networked thinking
- Good overall knowledge of the army, its structures and the relevant administrative processes is an advantage
- Good knowledge of two official languages as well as English skills

The Operations Command (Kdo Op) is responsible for all military operations and missions of the Swiss Army. The Kdo Op includes, among others, the Air Force, the Army, the four territorial divisions, the SWISSINT competence centre, the Special Forces Command and the Military Police.
