YOUR TASKS

• You are jointly responsible for the short-term rental area and ensure smooth processing
• Receiving rental enquiries by phone and email and handling them independently from A to Z
• Preparation of offers, contracts, delivery notes and invoices
• Technical recording of forklift vehicles
• Creating workshop orders for repairs
• Planning seasonal project orders
• Coordination of transport orders
• You act as an important internal interface around the STR area
• Proactive support of the sales department

YOUR PROFILE

• Commercial or technical basic training, ideally supplemented by further education
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Enjoyment in dealing with technical products and good technical understanding
• Very good IT user skills in MS Office and experience with ERP systems
• Very good German (native) and French skills (B2), English is an advantage
• Proactive, solution-oriented and communicative personality
• Precise, reliable and structured way of working
• You enjoy telephone contact with customers and internal departments
• You have a valid driving licence and your own car
