What you can achieve
- Supporting the kitchen team in the preparation and cooking of fresh Asian specialties and varied dishes
- Assisting with daily mise en place as well as careful preparation and plating of dishes in the à la carte service
- Working at various kitchen stations and supporting the Chef de Partie during service
- Ensuring smooth kitchen operations together with the team
- Proper handling of food and compliance with quality and hygiene standards
- Assisting with general cleaning tasks and strict adherence to HACCP guidelines
- Completed training as a cook with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or a comparable qualification in the hospitality industry
- Initial professional experience in the kitchen is an advantage, ideally also with Asian cuisine
- Motivation to learn new things and develop further in a dynamic kitchen environment
- Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented working style
- Good German and/or English skills for smooth communication within the team
