Your mission:

• You are the first line of rescue when IT problems are urgent: acceptance, processing and resolution of incidents in 1st and 2nd level support, ideally with a tendency towards 3rd level support
• You bring order to chaos – whether installing and maintaining IT workstations, rolling out applications or troubleshooting on site
• With your commitment, you help our customers to master their daily business worry-free

What makes you stand out:

• You are smart, reliable and exactly the person who drives things forward
• You ensure that IT workstations, printers and networks run smoothly. You have Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory under control
• You get interfaces and systems running and find creative solutions for complex challenges. Your plus: Teams telephony, PowerShell or software packaging. Bring it on!
• You have an apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent
• Technical autodidacts who are skilled and convincing are also welcome
• Fluent German, solid English, driving licence
