IT Supporter (a) 100% [Ref:2724]
Your tasks
- Technical support and assistance for end users via telephone, e-mail, and ticket system
- Handling support requests and technical faults
- Analysis and resolution of IT problems in daily work
- Support with hardware and software issues
- Recording, documenting, and tracking support cases
- Collaboration with the support team on more complex technical matters
Your profile
- Completed training in the IT field or comparable qualification
- Experience in helpdesk or IT support environment
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- German language skills at C2 level mandatory; English skills at B2 level advantageous
