IT Supporter (a) 100% [Ref:2724]
Your tasks
- Technical support and assistance for end users via various communication channels such as telephone, e-mail, and ticket systems
- Design, development, and implementation of new software solutions to increase the efficiency of internal processes
- Analysis of existing systems to identify optimisation and improvement potentials
- Collaboration in handling complex technical faults together with the support team
Your profile
- Completed training in the IT field or comparable qualification
- Experience in helpdesk or IT support environment
- Strong customer orientation and communication skills
- German language skills at C2 level are mandatory; English skills at B2 level are an advantage
