Do you enjoy making calls, like interacting with people, and know how to present yourself professionally and amiably on the phone?

As a telephone operator, you are the first point of contact for our customers and thus an important business card for our company. With your charming and competent manner, you answer calls, assist with enquiries, and ensure reliable and personal communication. For this, we are looking for a committed individual who enjoys telephoning and supports our team in the beautiful Zurich Seefeld area.

Your responsibilities:

• Central role in communication with customers and employees
• Receiving and handling incoming calls
• Supporting customers with questions and concerns
• Recording enquiries and forwarding them to the appropriate departments
• Representing the company professionally and amiably externally

Your profile:

• You value high quality, discretion, and are used to working independently
• Confident communication skills and a quick grasp
• You are familiar with common computer programmes and quickly adapt to new software
• Enjoy working both in a team and independently, remaining calm in busy times
• You are team-oriented and cover holiday replacements as well as sickness absences
• Reliability, punctuality, and a good sense of humour
• Swiss German as a native language and good English skills (French is welcome)
