Customer Service Assistant
Your tasks
- Customer care at a high service level, from appointment scheduling to invoicing
- Preparation of cost estimates as well as billing of workshop work
- Planning, control and monitoring of workshop utilisation as well as ensuring adherence to appointments
- Vehicle acceptance and return including explanation of invoices
- Support in the examination and processing of warranty cases in cooperation with the workshop manager and importer
- Ensuring professional execution of work and cleanliness of customer vehicles
Your profile
- Completed training in the automotive sector with EFZ and the desire to further develop in customer service
- Commercial affinity as well as interest in administrative and organisational tasks; willingness for corresponding further training is an advantage
- Enjoyment in contact with customers and a service-oriented activity
- Structured, reliable and supportive way of working
- Team-oriented, flexible and communicative personality
- Confident handling of common IT applications (MS Office), openness to new systems
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
