For the new MAS Marketing & Experience Strategy programme, the Department of Business and Technology is seeking several lecturers from December 2026 for the locations Zurich, Bern, and online

Lecturers in Marketing (part-time) Location: Bern / Zurich / Online

Your responsibilities

• Planning, creating, and evaluating modules (module plan & online course) in one of the following focus areas: Strategic Marketing, Content Marketing, AI in Marketing, or Digital Experience (Social Media or similar)
• Preparing, conducting, and reflecting on face-to-face sessions both on-site and online
• Supporting and assisting students in achieving learning objectives outside of face-to-face sessions (e-moderation, e-coach)
• Active use of the e-learning platform Moodle
• Creating and conducting assessments

Your profile

• Completed university degree MSc Marketing Management or similar
• Scientifically grounded knowledge in Marketing Management
• Direct experience with practical implementation of the above-mentioned content including artificial intelligence
• Didactic qualification and strong affinity for e-learning (blended learning) desirable, or willingness to develop further in this area
