Would you like to competently support people after an accident and ensure that they reliably receive their insurance benefits? Do you enjoy handling claims independently and making a tangible difference for our insured persons through your work?

In this role, you will strengthen the Claims business area at Zurich Switzerland in the accident insurance (UVG) sector at the Zurich-Oerlikon or Kriens location. As the central contact person for insured persons, employers and other partners, you will accompany accident cases from registration to completion. You will examine benefit entitlements, coordinate payments and ensure efficient, customer-oriented claims processing.

What to expect

• You independently examine and process UVG claims from registration to completion
• You assess insurance coverage and benefit entitlements based on legal foundations
• You coordinate daily allowance payments and the assumption of treatment costs
• You support insured persons, employers and other partners by phone and in writing
• You ensure efficient claims processing and coordinate the necessary process steps

What sets you apart

• Completed commercial basic training or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in UVG claims processing or social insurance environment
• Good IT user skills and confident handling of digital tools
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
• Strong customer orientation, independent working style and teamwork skills
