You can contribute this role
- Draft and send judgements and orders
- Prepare, manage and send documents related to court proceedings as per instructions
- Open and manage case files (including digitisation)
- Invoice court costs
- Conduct correspondence in German
- Receive and respond to calls and enquiries from parties and authorities
What makes you unique
- Federal VET Diploma as a merchant (a professional baccalaureate is an advantage) or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in a court or law firm
- Excellent knowledge and enjoyment of the German language and good French skills; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
- Efficient and precise working, discretion and flexibility
