AI Enablement Specialist (a)

Baar, Switzerland

Your area of responsibility

• You develop and establish a group-wide AI literacy and enablement programme for different target groups.
• You support departments in identifying suitable AI use cases, describing them in a structured manner and assessing them in terms of benefits, effort and feasibility.
• You moderate workshops, training sessions, use-case clinics and community formats and translate complex AI topics into understandable practice.
• You work closely with the Lead AI Governance, the AI Technology Lead, the business units and other functions.
• You make successes, limitations and learning experiences visible and promote the reuse of good solutions within the group.
• You measure reach, competence growth, adoption and business value and develop the programme further based on data.

What you bring with you

• You have a degree or comparable qualification in business, business informatics, computer science, data/AI, organisational development, adult education or a related field.
• Several years of experience in at least two of the following areas: AI enablement, digital transformation, business analysis, process management, change, training/moderation or product/project management.
• Practical experience with generative AI and common enterprise AI tools, preferably in the Microsoft environment, and the implementation or support of digital use cases.
• A strong understanding of business processes and economic added value as well as an awareness of the importance of governance, data protection and information security in the responsible use of AI.
• A communicative, pragmatic personality with the ability to connect business, technology and governance and to align AI with concrete business benefits.
• Very good German and English skills.
