As an IT Supporter in the Customer Care Team, you are a technically skilled problem solver and advisor. You enable our customers to fully exploit the potential of their products.

Your Tasks

• You support our customers as a technical 1st Level Consultant (phone/tickets).
• You independently find solutions or classify requests and forward them to 2nd Level Support.
• You advise our customers on the selection of our products.

Your Profile

• You have completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or are a committed and skilled self-made techie.
• Ideally, you have experience with web technologies (CMS, mail, DNS, etc.).
• You communicate fluently in German and can also converse confidently in Italian (at least B2 level). Any additional language is a plus.
• You have a pronounced customer and service orientation.
• You are an excellent team player.
• You are willing to occasionally work weekend and on-call shifts.
