Building Permit Specialist 80-100%

With your commitment and enthusiasm for construction activities, you will shape and develop the village image of Weggis. In doing so, you will be in regular contact with builders, planners and internal departments and ensure that the buildings are implemented in compliance and with quality.

Your tasks

• Execution and coordination of building permit procedures
• Advising builders and architects on planning, building law and architectural matters
• Review and administrative processing of building applications and preliminary enquiries
• Preparation of building decisions
• Coordination and administrative processing of building inspections
• Participation in the building commission, taking minutes.

Your qualifications

• Commercial and/or technical basic training with additional commercial education
• Professional and/or practical experience in a municipal building office (advantageous)
• Completion of the specialised module in construction (HSLU) is desirable or willingness to further train in this direction
• High customer and project orientation, clear communication, analytical thinking skills.
