Planning and building is a daily challenge for us, which we approach with great joy and commitment. With our motivated team of around 60 employees, it is our task to put the architects' designs and the clients' wishes into practice. At our 3 locations in Rapperswil, Zurich and St. Gallen, exciting construction projects are always waiting for us, which we are allowed to realise with renowned architects and clients.

To strengthen our team in Rapperswil or Zurich, we are looking for a committed Cost Planner (m/f/d) with a workload of 80 - 100%.

Your Tasks

• Preparation of preliminary quantities and calculations for demanding new builds and conversions
• Development of cost estimates and quotations as well as preparation of construction specifications
• Preparation of the basis for the tender and technical tender phases
• Analysis of tender and planning documentsCost planning and cost control in all partial phases (especially SIA phases 1-3)
• Application of cost management in all SIA partial phases
• Interface function in the integration of BIM in cost planning
• Communication in direct contact with project/management

Your Profile

• Basic training in construction: draftsman EFZ, construction manager HFP, architecture studies and/or certified technician HF
• Experience in cost calculation with MesserliBAUAD is an advantage
• Knowledge of Swiss standards such as BKP, eBKP-H and NPK
• Strong numerical flair, analytical and conceptual thinking
• Independent, responsible and efficient working style
• High initiative, confident manner and communicative personality
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
