Tasks
- You handle customer enquiries via email, telephone and live chat and deal with varied topics such as processing online shop orders or clarifications with doctors and patients
- You handle complaints professionally and solution-oriented
- You record reorders received by telephone or email and are responsible for master data entry and master data changes
- You are responsible for coordinating appointments for chilled goods orders and carry out general administrative tasks
Strengths
- You have a commercial basic education or a completed training as a customer dialogue specialist
- You have experience in customer support - whether in person, by telephone or by email
- You have very good oral and written German skills and very good French skills at least (B2) as well as Italian as an advantage
- You are an empathetic, proactive and team-oriented personality
- You are able to use all MS Office programmes
