Insole Specialist or Career Changer 80-100%

The Position

• From analysis through advice to production – all in your hands. You will have access to the most modern work equipment
• You manufacture custom and sports insoles using CAD technology and carry out adjustments to insoles and shoes according to medical prescriptions
• You identify customer needs and conduct gait analyses and foot pressure measurements
• You rely on medical prescriptions and coordinate with doctors and physiotherapists

Your Profile

• You are a trained foot/insole specialist, movement scientist, or retail specialist, preferably in the sports goods sector and with manual skills
• You have a feel for shapes and materials and are open to new digital technologies
• You enjoy daily customer contact
• In busy times, you set clear priorities and remain calm
• You are a team player with enthusiasm and contribute to a good working atmosphere
• French language skills are an advantage
