OPERATIONAL BUYER ELECTRONICS 80-100%

📍Schwarzenburg

In this exciting role, you are responsible for the operational procurement of electronic components and assemblies within defined product groups. You ensure supply security and make an important contribution to cost optimisation, quality improvement, and value creation for our company.

Your area of responsibility

• Operational procurement of electronic components, printed circuit boards, assemblies, and related services
• Co-responsibility for obsolescence management of electronic components
• Obtaining, checking, and comparing offers as well as conducting price and condition negotiations within the defined framework
• Triggering, monitoring, and tracking orders including deadline and delivery control
• Ensuring material availability taking into account stock levels, demand planning, and production requirements
• Maintaining supplier and article data in SAP
• Handling delivery deviations, complaints, and invoice discrepancies
• Close cooperation with production, scheduling, development, and quality assurance
• Supporting the optimisation of purchasing processes and supplier performance

Your profile

• Completed technical training in the field of electronics
• Several years of experience in operational purchasing in the electronics or industrial environment
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
• Sound technical understanding of electronic components and assemblies
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a structured way of working
• Reliable, team-oriented, communicative, and resilient personality
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
