For an established service company in the Bern area, we are looking for an experienced individual in IT support to start immediately or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you will work independently, actively contribute to the further development of the department and gradually take on additional professional responsibility.

What to expect:

• 1st and 2nd level support
• Analysis and resolution of issues with clients, Microsoft 365, user accounts and permissions
• On-site support assignments
• Provision and maintenance of Windows workstations and client hardware
• Client management with Microsoft Intune
• Support and troubleshooting in Citrix and VMware environments
• Assistance with rollouts, changes and smaller technical projects
• Identifying recurring issues and developing sustainable solutions
• Documentation of solutions and maintenance of the knowledge base

What you should bring:

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Experience in 1st and 2nd level support, ideally in end-user and workplace environments
• Good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and client management with Intune
• Knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory is an advantage
• Experience with client hardware and workstation provisioning
• Enjoyment of structured analysis and resolution of technical problems
• Independent, reliable and customer-oriented working style
• Team-oriented personality with a healthy sense of humour
• Fluent Swiss German and German language skills as well as good English and/or French skills
