We are looking for a

Chemist Reactive Adhesives (m/f/d) 80-100%

You will develop the next generation of reactive adhesives for demanding applications in timber construction and other industrial markets with us.

What you will achieve with us

• You develop new reactive adhesives and your ideas go directly into projects and end products
• Leading development projects and close collaboration with application technology, process engineering, purchasing, sales and production are part of your daily routine. This way, you shape the entire path from idea to final application.
• You analyse and characterise products, interpret the results and improve existing solutions.
• You stay up to date with new technologies, raw materials and market trends and bring fresh ideas into the product portfolio, share your know-how with laboratory technicians and apprentices, and present your results internally and externally.

What you bring with you

• You have a completed degree in chemistry, polymer or materials science.
• You have experience in development, ideally with polymers or adhesives, and want to actively accompany products from idea to production and final application.
• You bring solid know-how in polymer chemistry, formulation technology or reactive adhesives.
• You enjoy creative experimenting in the laboratory.
• You like taking responsibility in projects, work in a structured way and can professionally guide others.
• You are confident in handling analytical methods and have a flair for regulatory topics.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
