For a residential group with ten residents in the area of housing for the elderly, we are looking for a person as of 1 February 2027 or by arrangement as
Team Leader: Residential Group (70%)
Area of responsibility
- Responsibility for personnel, professional and organisational leadership of an experienced, well-coordinated, interdisciplinary team
- Responsibility for designing educational processes for the residents based on the quality of life concept
- Active and regular support and accompaniment of the residents in everyday life
- Collaboration in activating and maintaining the independence of the residents through daily structured activities
You bring with you
- Social pedagogical or equivalent training as well as ideally leadership experience
- Enjoyment of strategic and planning tasks
- Experience and interest in the topic of cognitive impairment
- High social competence, a sense of humour and resilience
- Willingness to work irregular shifts
